Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production flow.
- Assist with the movement of materials, inventory management, and general upkeep of the production floor.
- Strictly follow all workplace health, safety, and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and commitment to assigned shifts.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work diligently and efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced production environment.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks and moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by the role.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production setting.
