Responsibilities
Document and maintain current and future state process maps with industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, or equivalent).
Support process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Support process re-engineering initiatives aligned with broader transformation goals.
Assist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements with key stakeholders.
Maintain and continuously improve core project artifacts: integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Decisions), change log.
Support project ceremonies and governance (weekly status, SteerCo/OpCo materials, decision logs).
Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Jira/ADO) to track delivery performance and trends.
Assist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements with key stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks/issues through data review and stakeholder engagement.
Drive mitigation planning, assign owners, track to closure, and escalate when SLAs are at risk.
Translate complex project information into clear executive narratives (what changed, why it matters, what we need).
Create high-quality materials: pre-reads, decision memos, release readiness updates, launch communications.
Identify recurring delivery pain points and implement improvements (process simplification, automation, standard templates).
Support retrospectives / lessons learned; convert insights into adopted changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, process improvement, or business analysis roles (internships included).
Strong documentation skills and proficiency with process mapping tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across multiple functions.
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
Experience with planning systems or enterprise platforms is a plus.
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
