Responsibilities
• Govern an enterprise-wide program management framework unifying multiple projects under consistent oversight
• Advise senior leadership on aligning program management frameworks with strategic business priorities
• Guide program definition activities with sponsors to establish vision, scope, objectives, and expected outcomes
• Direct planning efforts with implementation teams to define deliverables, resource strategies, budgets, and schedules
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to program teams and project managers to drive execution
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure timely communication throughout the program lifecycle
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with IT teams and business units to align priorities and drive decisions
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Active PMP certification is required for this position
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in IT program and project management
• Proven record of establishing program governance in complex organizations
• Previous experience working in higher education or public sector environments is an asset
