Responsibilities
• Partner with health organization (HO) sponsors to understand organization’s business vision, values, and goals, and translate them into voice program objectives
• Support HO leaders in the development of communications requirements that inform the appropriate mix and implementation of voice solutions in alignment with the strategy and roadmap
• Define and implement the complex program engineering approach and methodologies required to execute the organizational voice strategy and HO roadmaps
• Lead engagements with stakeholder engagement and establish voice governance forums to achieve program and project objectives including reporting status, risks, issues, etc. to key stakeholders within the HOs
Example deliverables include:
• Program engineering approach for voice strategy and roadmap execution
• Current HO roadmaps voice solutions aligned to business priorities and evolving status of the production environments
• Development of Executive materials such as briefing notes and presentation collateral to support governance forums
• Informing development of business cases in alignment with the HO voice roadmaps
Qualifications
• 10+ years leading enterprise IT strategy, roadmap development and implementation, and technology implementation initiatives
• Previous experience in the Health and Public Services sectors is highly desired
• Proven experience with developing and executing complex program governance
• Experience transitioning voice services from on-premise configurations to managed voice service providers highly desired
• Knowledge of voice technologies (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys) (relevant certifications are a plus)
• Proven experience in IT Infrastructure
• Excellent C-Level communication skills, written and oral
• Strong people and networking skills, building and growing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Complex stakeholder engagement experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests, manage laterally and upwards
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems, and structure solutions
• Ability to drive and progress with minimal direction. Self-awareness and ability to assess personal performance
