Responsibilities
Translate marketing objectives into creative, results-driven omni-channel content programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to integrate content and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Establish and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing consistent status updates to stakeholders.
Measure the performance of creative campaigns using data, and present insights to leadership.
Execute strategies from concept to market, leveraging creative and production teams.
Manage internal client requests, evaluate requirements, and develop omni-channel briefs and project plans.
Lead meetings to present creative work, gather feedback, and build consensus on next steps.
Collaborate closely with content producers on project requirements, particularly for video and photography.
Qualifications
A university degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or creative project management, ideally within an agency or creative team.
Proven track record of successfully leading both small and large creative programs across all media channels.
Experience managing programs for both digital and traditional marketing, with an understanding of paid media and creative execution best practices.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Project Management (PM) Tools, and Workflow systems.
Experience with Wrike is a definite asset.
Standout candidates will have a background in advertising agencies and as an account manager.
