•Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins.
•Design responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces.

•Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and version-controlled documentation.
•Support project planning, coordination, and reporting, including risk and issue management.
•Develop and deliver training materials and knowledge transfer documentation.
•Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and content migration to new web environments.
•Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
•Provide strategic guidance on digital projects, information architecture, and design decisions.
•Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to build team capacity.
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years hands-on experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins.
•Minimum 7 years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
•Minimum 7 years designing responsive web interfaces and applying UX principles in accordance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
•Minimum 7 years experience with cloud hosting environments, DNS configuration, and automated deployment practices.
•Minimum 7 years knowledge of privacy, security, and compliance requirements for government web services.
•Minimum 7 years proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.
•Minimum 7 years experience as a Programmer Analyst specializing in website development and maintenance.
•Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience producing high-quality documentation, training materials, and project deliverables.
•Experience mentoring or training junior staff is an asset.
