Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Develop dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using OmniScript.
Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
Support and enhance the Customer Community Portal to improve stakeholder engagement.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules based on evolving business needs.
Create and update reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Perform admin tasks such as user management, data integrity, security, and data imports/exports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and optimize platform architecture, including subsystems and integrations.
Contribute to the full agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
Develop supporting documentation, forms, data files, and procedures for the platform.
Provide responsive technical support by managing and resolving user support tickets.
Work with Azure Active Directory for authentication and user access.
Use Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and release management.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst or Salesforce Developer.
Strong skills in OmniScript, Flows, Process Builder, and Salesforce Customer Community Portals.
Experience with data migration and system integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) are assets.
Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user authentication and management.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and collaborative development.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
Knowledge of government security protocols and procedures.
