Responsibilities
•Problem Analysis and Solution Design – Review and assess bug reports or change requests related to existing application functionality. Propose practical, technically sound solutions to be reviewed and approved by the support team.
•Full-Stack Development and Deployment – Develop and implement solutions across various layers of the technology stack, including VB.Net, C#.Net, Crystal Reports, Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, triggers, functions), and Visual Studio.
•Application Enhancement and New Development – Build new application components or features to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with system standards.
•Documentation and Knowledge Transfer – Create or update technical documentation in accordance with established unit standards to ensure ongoing support, maintenance, and knowledge sharing.
•Agile Team Collaboration – Participate in daily scrums and collaborate with developers, QA analysts, solution architects, and business SMEs to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
•Strong development experience with VB.Net or C#.Net, including building and maintaining large, complex applications.
•Expertise in Crystal Reports for creating and modifying business reports.
•Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
•Solid understanding of Oracle database structures and experience writing efficient queries.
•Proficiency in Visual Studio and managing large codebases with version control tools in a team environment.
•Experience working in Agile teams, participating in scrums, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
•SSRS reporting experience is considered a strong asset.
