Responsibilities
LEM Tracking & Reporting: Accurately track and report on Labour, Equipment, and Materials (LEM) data, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Project Administration: Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Cost & Project Controls Support: Aid in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting activities. Monitor project expenditures and assist in variance analysis
Scheduling & Coordination: Support project scheduling activities, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards. Maintain accurate and organized project records
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project administration or project controls, preferably within construction or engineering sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore) is an asset.
Knowledge: Understanding of LEM tracking, cost control processes, and project scheduling techniques.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
