Responsibilities
Customer and Order Management:
-Accurately input and process customer orders and credits using our ERP system, ensuring flawless data entry (part numbers, pricing, delivery dates, etc.).
-Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to manage parts ordering and on-time customer deliveries.
-Track shipments, prepare delivery notes, and complete invoicing.
Production Coordination:
-Coordinate the scheduling of secondary builds with assemblers and purchasing.
-Create production labels and Quality Control worksheets.
-Participate in weekly production meetings and provide consistent updates.
Administrative and Audit Support:
-Support Project Coordinators by assembling, scanning, and filing production binders.
-Update the Quality Management System (QMS) with actual ship dates.
-Manage customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and catalogue complaints per company guidelines.
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
-Proficient in ERP Software (SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite, including Excel.
-Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
-Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
-Experience in manufacturing are considered a strong asset.
-Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
