As a Project Control Officer, you will bridge the gap between supply chain teams, project managers, and internal and external stakeholders. Maintain complete document repositories and audit trails, ensuring all project documentation is properly cataloged and updated.
Route procurement and project documents for execution via digital signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) and monitor repository status.
Analyze procurement and project data to prepare status reports, dashboards, and operational documentation for leadership.
Assist project managers in monitoring schedules, tracking project deliverables, identifying risks, and escalating issues as needed.
Coordinate project requirements and liaise with internal and external clients to manage expectations and resolve operational conflicts.
Support document management, repository structures, and collaborative file sharing using MS Teams and advanced MS Excel functions.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Procurement Skills
Procurement Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting procurement principles, supply chain activities, and sourcing processes.
Procurement Tooling: Minimum 2+ years of proficient, hands-on experience using enterprise procurement systems such as Workday, Flextrack, eSourcing, or tendering portals.
Project Coordination: Proven track record supporting project managers, tracking deliverables, managing schedules, and maintaining status reports.
Document & Repository Management: Demonstrated expertise managing document repositories (e.g., MS Teams), signature routing workflows, and complete audit records.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel (data analysis) and MS Teams.
Preferred Assets & Domain Knowledge
Public Sector Context: Knowledge of public sector procurement methodologies, compliance frameworks, and tendering standards is considered an asset.
