Our client is looking for a Project Control Officer for a contract term of 8 months, where you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, creating dashboards and reports, tracking risks, and facilitating key project meetings. Responsibilities
âą Coordinate, plan, and support delivery of core project activities
âą Develop and maintain project/work plans, dashboards, and executive summaries
âą Track project deliverables, risks, issues, action items, and escalations
âą Collaborate with stakeholders to gather updates and report progress
âą Maintain project documentation and ensure quality control within document repositories
âą Schedule and facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders
âą Create and maintain project status reports and reporting logs
âą Monitor workflow tickets and manage project process flows
âą Support multiple project managers across concurrent initiatives
âą Apply strong understanding of project lifecycles including Waterfall and Agile
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą 7â10 yearsâ experience coordinating and supporting enterprise projects
âą Expertise in collaborating with PMs and escalating issues, identifying risks, and ensuring timely document delivery
âą Proven ability to develop project dashboards and reporting summaries
âą Experience in scheduling/facilitating meetings and maintaining project logs
âą Familiarity with legacy systems and document repository oversight
âą Solid knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
âą Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice to Have:
đ§° Experience with project tools like MS Project, Planview, or Jira
đ Understanding of core project management concepts (scope, cost, risk, stakeholder roles)
đ Experience with SCRUM or Agile team coordination
đ„ïž Familiarity with public sector legacy/mainframe systems
