Responsibilities
- Support organization-wide onboarding, user registration, and enrollment activities to ensure project operational readiness.
- Provide hands-on support for client integration and business process implementation, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
- Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, utilizing strong communication skills to manage expectations and provide technical guidance.
- Interpret and update technical and process documentation to reflect current workflows and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a solid understanding of data integrity principles to ensure all user records and access permissions are accurate and secure.
- Organize and multitask effectively to meet strict SLA timelines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and dashboards to monitor onboarding progress and provide regular status updates to project leadership.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, specifically within IT or digital health environments.
- Proven understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and authorization processes.
- Background in technical onboarding, business operations, and business process improvement.
- Strong customer service orientation with hands-on experience in client integration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of ITSM practices and a solid grasp of data quality assurance principles.
