Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all sourcing documents are comprehensive, accurate, and ready for processing.
- Manage data entry and process flow within specialized procurement systems, specifically Workday and Flextrack.
- Develop and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with project requirements.
- Draft professional briefing notes and other essential procurement documentation.
- Maintain a rigorous document repository and ensure a complete, transparent audit trail for all transactions.
- Support project managers by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and providing regular status updates.
- Coordinate document signatures via DocuSign and manage MS Teams repositories.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of direct experience with procurement principles, processes, and project support.
- Proficient in Workday, Flextrack, and/or eSourcing tools (e.g., Ontario Tender Portal).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and MS Teams for document management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Previous experience within the public sector or knowledge of government procurement methodologies.
