Key Accountabilities:
Scheduling & Project Planning
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in support of capital execution
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
• Support integration of schedule logic with cost and forecast information
• Provide schedule insights to support timely and efficient project execution
• Support multi project environments where Project Managers oversee capital projects
Cost Control & Financial Governance
• Prepare and maintain project forecasts
• Support monthly accruals and financial close activities
• Perform contractor billing reviews and validation
• Track and manage Change Orders and cost impacts
• Create, track, and reconcile Purchase Orders (POs)
• Support cost tracking and reporting systems (e.g., Maximo)
• Participate in and support contractor cost control meetings

• Strengthen alignment between project progress, spend, and forecast
• Identify cost, schedule variances, and escalate risks proactively

• Enable PMs to focus on:

o Stakeholder and contractor management

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in project scheduling, cost control, or project controls within capital projects
• Strong understanding of forecasting, accruals, and budget management
• Experience working in multi project environments
• Proficiency with scheduling and cost tracking tools (e.g., Primavera, Excel based tools, Maximo)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
