Our reputable Federal Government client is undergoing a major digital transformation to modernize services, improve operations, and better meet stakeholder needs. As part of this initiative, a new information management system is being implemented to replace outdated processes and tools.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support this high-impact initiative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication across teams—playing a key part in keeping the project organized and on track.

Responsibilities
Review and organize existing project documentation to identify relevance, eliminate duplication, and maintain a clear and structured record-keeping system.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, archiving outdated or irrelevant materials.
Schedule, coordinate, and attend recurring and ad hoc project meetings, including recording and distributing meeting minutes and tracking action items.
Support the coordination of daily project activities, including tracking milestones, following up on deliverables, and preparing progress updates and reports for stakeholders.
Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules and timelines to ensure alignment with project goals.
Help ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or project governance frameworks.
Collect and analyze project data to assist in performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Valid Reliability level security clearance
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, ideally within a government or large enterprise environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing and structuring complex project documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Miro (or equivalent platforms) to support document management, team coordination, and visual planning.
Proven experience scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Demonstrated ability to track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
Experience supporting digital transformation, IT implementation, or information management projects is an asset.
