Responsibilities
Project & Team Coordination: Provide comprehensive assistance to multiple project managers and project teams, supporting the execution of critical project components and scheduling essential milestones.
AI Enablement Coordination: Coordinate enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including the rollout of tools like Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions, by supporting implementation planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
Risk & Budget Tracking: Collaborate with various internal groups to gather updates and maintain project budgeting, action items, progress reporting, and risk management logs.
Document Control: Monitor and maintain the project document repository, ensuring all critical deliverables are reviewed, cataloged, and up to date.
Reporting & Visibility: Develop detailed project status reports and maintain status reporting logs to ensure transparent communication across business and technology teams.
Cybersecurity Program Support: Assist in the development of a comprehensive cybersecurity program tailored to organizational risk profiles, helping create and maintain alignment with industry policies and guidelines.
Change Management: Support stakeholder engagement, change management activities, and cross-functional execution to drive technology adoption.
Qualifications
Core Experience: 5+ years of progressive project coordination experience in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers on critical initiatives.
Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of fundamental project management concepts (scope, goals, risk, cost, and quality management).
AI & Tech Rollout: Proven experience supporting the implementation, training, and change management workflows for enterprise-wide digital tool rollouts (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
Document & Repository Management: Expert-level experience overseeing project document repositories, version control, and status logging.
Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively escalating risks and collecting status updates from diverse business units.
Software Proficiency: Strong experience utilizing enterprise project management software such as MS Project, Planview, or similar tracking tools.
Nice to Have: Prior experience working within the Public Sector.
