Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will center on driving marketing projects from concept to completion:
Project Management: Lead the day-to-day project management of creative assets for owned channels (landing pages, emails, web/app banners, social, print, etc.) and selected paid media creative.
Timeline & Deliverables: Establish, manage, and communicate project timelines, key deliverables, and status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Briefing & Resourcing: Develop internal omni-channel briefs, identify necessary resources (including budgetary needs where applicable), and effectively brief creative and production teams.
Quality Control: Ensure all content adheres to specific channel requirements and creative standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic hub, collaborating with diverse groups to identify innovative ways to integrate content and ensure a consistent, seamless customer journey.
Project Ownership: Maintain full responsibility for every element of the project life cycle, from initial inception through to final execution.
Strategic Input: Act as a proactive partner, continually identifying opportunities to enhance and innovate the managed projects.
Qualifications
Experience: More than three years of dedicated marketing project management experience, ideally with a solid foundation in the retail or loyalty sectors.
Campaign Expertise: A proven track record of successfully managing omni-channel and multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
