Project Engineering:
• Finalize project design & scope, leveraging technical expertise to ensure all aspects are compliant with Enbridge standards and are adequately mitigating identified risks
• Develop requests for proposals and evaluation of consultant qualifications as required
• Facilitate design reviews with appropriate stakeholders and facilitate change management
• Review critical operation plans such as isolation plans, inspection and test plans
• Address critical safety and operability concerns through engineering practices
• Confirm proper engineering documentation is developed and submitted for project execution
• Approve Alternate Isolation job plans per Enbridge’s Safe Work Isolation policy
