Responsibilities
The Activity Manager will facilitate the commercialization of projects (Innovation, renovation, and deactivations), partnering with the Project Lead to manage scoping, planning, and timing. Lead project teams to execute projects On Time and In Full, focusing on excellent execution through leadership and escalation of options/recommendations to mitigate risks and unlock opportunities. Track and monitor projects from new product development through execution. Lead the team and project through stages, managing risks and creating mitigation plans. Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement and develop collaborative relationships across stakeholders using organizational agility & conflict management skills.
Qualifications
Proven ability to build and lead effective project teams.
Experience developing collaborative relationships across stakeholders and project teams.
Proficiency in project tracking and monitoring.
Experience leading teams through project stages and managing risks.
Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Improvement.
Excellent organizational agility and conflict management skills.
Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Clarizen and Veritas is a plus.
Strong time management, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and emotional intelligence skills are essential.
