e currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join their environmental team to oversee remedial action plans. This is a brand-new position designed for a self-starter who thrives in an agile, high-growth environment where deliverables and timelines are the primary focus. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the environmental integrity of a diverse portfolio of industrial assets.

Responsibilities
- Venture Management: Oversee and track the pipeline of revenue-generating business development opportunities, including soil and renewable energy projects.
- Strategic Due Diligence: Coordinate comprehensive feasibility assessments and due diligence activities to support high-value business cases.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for consultants, internal leadership, and external stakeholders to move projects to execution readiness.
- Financial & Technical Oversight: Develop project budgets, summaries, and provide subject matter expertise to ensure strategic growth initiatives are viable.
- Project Transition: Support the seamless transition of business development projects to the operations teams once execution-ready.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience; specific subject matter expertise is required, though this is a project management role rather than a sales position.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Asana is considered a significant asset.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean record and access to a vehicle; a valid passport is required for occasional travel within Canada and the U.S..
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external partners.
