Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP upgrade project including planning, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and comprehensive risk registers.
• Coordinate activities between internal IT teams, Finance stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Guide Finance teams through requirements validation, process changes, data migration, and user readiness.
• Establish project governance and provide regular status reporting and communications to executive leadership.
• Drive user acceptance testing planning and execution to ensure the solution meets all business and regulatory needs.
• Oversee all change requests and issue resolution to keep the project scope and delivery objectives on track.
Qualifications
• Five or more years of experience in IT Project Management with a track record of leading complex system initiatives.
• Extensive experience working with Finance teams on financial systems or large-scale ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and how they depend on underlying IT infrastructure.
• Professional certification such as a PMP or a related project management designation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to report project health and risks to C-suite stakeholders.
