Responsibilities

Framework Development: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, standard operating processes, and reporting structures to monitor program performance and enable transparent decision-making.
Portfolio Planning: Lead overall portfolio planning and execution rhythms—establishing team cadences, mapping interdependencies, identifying risks, and optimizing resource distribution.
Actionable Roadmaps: Translate high-level business goals into structured, actionable project plans; track milestones, adjust delivery strategies as needed, and ensure continuous alignment with long-term objectives.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment
Executive Deliverables: Design, build, and present polished, executive-ready dashboards and briefing materials that clearly communicate progress, key insights, and actionable recommendations.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships between business units and senior executives to influence outcomes and ensure strategic alignment.
Business Case & Financials: Assist in developing structured business cases, gathering detailed requirements, and conducting financial analyses to justify strategic investments and capability upgrades.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Respond effectively to changing priorities and ambiguous requirements, staying informed on industry trends to continuously evolve program strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Project Manager, Associate PM, or Business Analyst within an enterprise environment.
Business Case & Financial Literacy: Direct experience building formal business cases, gathering technical/functional requirements, and analyzing project financials.
Education: Post-secondary education required (University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Technology, or a related field).
Communication & Presentation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex project data into executive-ready presentations.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills; self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with high stakeholder management acumen.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Prior project management or analytical experience within a large enterprise or Tier-1 financial institution.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working toward designation.
