In this high-visibility strategic delivery role, you will take full end-to-end ownership of planning, configuring, and deploying a modern enterprise LMS across a complex, regulated corporate environment. Operating across business, HR, learning, technology, and compliance divisions, you will manage third-party software implementation partners, oversee complex data migrations, guide system testing and integration cycles, and navigate executive Steering Committee governance. This position is ideal for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who pairs 7+ years of complex technology implementation experience with a strong background in Human Resources, Talent, or Learning & Development platforms.
Duration: 13.5-Month Contract (09/01/2026 to 10/15/2027, with high potential for extension)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days per week on-site at the corporate office; Anchor days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays)

Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery & LMS Implementation
Project Execution & Governance: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, critical paths, milestone tracking, resource allocations, and multi-million dollar budgets in compliance with enterprise PMO standards.
LMS Configuration & Integration: Lead the implementation of the new enterprise Learning Management System—overseeing configuration, testing strategy, defect remediation, third-party system integrations, and go-live deployment.
Data Migration & Validation: Coordinate data profiling, extraction, mapping, and validation workflows to transition legacy training data into the target LMS platform.
BAU Transition & Stabilization: Plan and execute post-deployment stabilization, operational handoffs, and transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU) support teams.
Stakeholder Alignment & Vendor Management
Third-Party Partner Management: Manage external software vendors and system implementation partners to hold them accountable to scope, schedule, and commercial deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Talent, Compliance, IT Architecture, and Business Operations.
Executive Governance & RAID: Maintain current RAID logs, cost variance analysis, and executive dashboards; prepare and present weekly updates and Steering Committee decks.
Change Leadership: Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications teams to drive system adoption and operational readiness across all business lines.
Qualifications
Project Management Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations or upgrades (involving system configuration, data migration, integration testing, and deployment).
Domain Focus: Proven experience delivering projects within Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent, or Workforce Enablement business functions.
Vendor Governance: Direct experience managing third-party implementation partners, external software vendors, and multi-stream project dependencies.
Executive Governance: Track record of navigating complex corporate stakeholder environments with executive governance and Steering Committee oversight.
Regulated Sector Exposure: Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven enterprise environments.
Soft Skills: Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
LMS / LXP Implementation Expertise: Direct experience leading LMS modernization, upgrade, or data migration projects involving platforms such as Workday Learning, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Sana, or similar tools.
Multilingual Rollouts: Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual system implementations.
Learning Analytics: Knowledge of learning analytics, metric tracking, and operational HR reporting tools.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.
