As a senior project manager, you will work closely with business, technology, and operations leadership to manage roadmaps, delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. You will establish strong governance frameworks, align operational workflows with technological capabilities, and guide cross-functional teams through complex, fast-paced operational changes.

Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end success of operational workstreams, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop and maintain integrated operational roadmaps, serving as the single source of truth for project status and progress.
Identify operational efficiency opportunities and implement continuous process improvements throughout delivery roadmaps.
Document, standardize, and optimize operational workflows while supporting change management and business readiness efforts.
Identify operational risks, establish mitigation strategies, and track dependencies across teams to prevent bottlenecks.
Lead operations governance forums and provide clear, concise status updates to senior leadership and executive sponsors.
Collaborate with Business PMO, Tech PMO, and Architecture teams to ensure operational solutions are scalable, sustainable, and regulatory compliant.
Monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations for operational workstreams.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Project/Program Management Tenure: Minimum 7+ years of program/project management experience in operations or service delivery.
Complex Program Delivery: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream operational programs and transformation initiatives.
Tools & Methodologies: Experience with project management tools and documentation standards (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Domain Experience: Experience in health, dental, or insurance domains is highly preferred.
Stakeholder & Change Management: Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting automation initiatives.
Preferred Assets
Operating Model & Change Experience: Exposure to operating model design, organizational change, or large-scale operational growth.
Adaptive Leadership: Proven ability to balance hands-on tactical execution with high-level strategic thinking in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
