Grow and thrive by putting your expertise to work within the Corporate Quality team as a Project Manager – Product Governance.
Please note that this position is based in Kingsey Falls, but may also be located in St-Hubert or in another business unit related to the department’s sector of activity.
Reporting to the Quality Director, the Project Manager – Product Governance plays a key role in the successful qualification of products and processes, while ensuring the governance of product specifications throughout their lifecycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Support operational teams by validating the alignment between customer requirements and equipment capabilities.
- Take ownership of activities related to qualification processes.
- Coordinate testing with a multidisciplinary team during the qualification of products, raw materials, and production materials.
- Ensure that product specifications are created, maintained, and evolve in a controlled and sustainable manner.
- Prepare and conduct tests at our production sites in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Formulate recommendations and propose improvements following analyses and reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing products, materials, and techniques, and recommend necessary adjustments to equipment settings.
- Develop Performex requirements across operating sites to ensure alignment with customer and product needs.
**Please note that this position requires approximately 50% annual travel to support certain sites located across North America.

- Hold a college or university degree in applied sciences or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the packaging industry (a major asset).
- Be comfortable using software and digital tools.
- Hold a Green Belt certification (a strong asset).
- Demonstrate curiosity, organization skills, leadership, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Be fluent in both French and English in order to communicate effectively with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States.
