Our client is looking for a Project Manager Specialist for a 12 months contract, with potential for a 1-year extension. Responsibilities
âą Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and reporting for the M365 Program
âą Lead sprint planning, scrum meetings, and backlog grooming to drive agile deliverables
âą Monitor risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to ensure timely and successful delivery
âą Facilitate approvals for project-related expenses and procurement processes
âą Coordinate multi-departmental teams across technical and business areas
âą Track, report, and communicate project progress to executive and senior stakeholders
âą Manage vendor contracts, participate in negotiations, and ensure compliance
âą Act as the focal point for secured project documentation and communications
âą Support the use of standard PM tools and methodologies within the organization
âą Research tools, platforms, or process enhancements in support of future projects
âą Fulfill other deliverables as assigned within the scope of the M365 Program
Qualifications
âą 7+ years managing enterprise-wide IT projects in complex, multi-departmental settings
âą Strong experience with hybrid delivery models combining Agile and traditional methodologies
âą Proven ability to manage M365 or other SaaS deployment/migration projects
âą Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and ServiceNow
âą Demonstrated success leading sprints, scrum ceremonies, and cross-functional teams
âą Experience in contract management, procurement, and vendor coordination
âą Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills
âą Proficiency in using PM tools to track project performance and timelines
Nice to Have:
