At our facility in Clarion you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Project Manager :
- Manage all aspects of CAPEX projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with plant goals, strategies, and operational needs
- Provide technical and project management guidance to plant teams, supporting decision‑making and day‑to‑day problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate schedules, activities, and deliverables for internal teams and third‑party vendors or contractors, ensuring timely and safe execution of work
- Facilitate and troubleshoot challenges related to developing or improving equipment, systems, layouts, and processes within the plant
- Chair project review meetings, prepare project documentation, and ensure the proper communication of progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Respond to inquiries from plant leadership and team members regarding project scope, timelines, technical requirements, and expected outcomes
- Support the Safe Quality Food Packaging System and maintain compliance with all Cascades policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Assist with project design work, including reviewing and updating technical drawings and layouts to support equipment installations or modifications

- Education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in maintenance, plant operations, or project-focused roles
