Responsibilities
• Lead the entire development lifecycle, from conducting due diligence and feasibility studies to managing budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, costs, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design and construction align with project objectives
• Manage planning applications, zoning approvals, site plan approvals, and building permits with municipalities
Qualifications
The successful candidate profile will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, construction management, or project coordination
• Proven track record delivering mid- to large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
