Project Manager

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for external client stakeholders, delivering confident, high-visibility project updates and managing expectations with exceptional professionalism.

Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of Agile and hybrid initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met.

Driving Momentum: Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to resolve project impediments, unblock delivery teams, and keep milestones aggressively on schedule.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with technical managers, developers, and business sponsors to translate project goals into actionable execution paths.

Qualifications
Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing client-facing relationships.

Methodology Depth: 3+ years of experience actively managing projects using Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models.

Communication & Presence: Exceptional oral and written communication skills; must be highly articulate and comfortable presenting to external clients and diverse audiences.

Bias for Action: A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to operate independently, think fast, and act with a genuine sense of urgency under tight timelines.

Technical Acumen (Nice-to-Have): A foundational technical understanding or previous experience working on software and technology integration projects is considered a strong asset.

Location: Mostly Remote (Onsite in Oakville, ON estimated 1–2 times per month / where needed)
