Advantages
High-Impact Infrastructure Scope: Direct large-scale enterprise telephony, VoIP, and Microsoft Teams voice modernizations across multi-site environments.
Full-Lifecycle PM Leadership: Own end-to-end project management from initial charter development and budgeting to procurement, cutover, and operational handover.
Senior Executive Visibility: Present progress updates, negotiate project scopes, and manage key relationships across executive management and vendor leads.
Balanced Hybrid Model: Enjoy a predictable hybrid working schedule combining collaborative onsite coordination in Toronto with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all stages of the project lifecycle, defining scope, work breakdown structures, resource allocations, and detailed schedules.
Manage assigned project budgets, track financial progress, review vendor expenditures, and oversee financial management for procurements, contracts, and business cases.

Direct large-scale enterprise infrastructure migrations, including on-premises upgrades, proof-of-concept trials, cloud telephony cutovers, and hypercare support.
Oversee the drafting, evaluation, and execution of contractual procurement documents, including Statements of Work (SOW), RFPs, RFIs, MOUs, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Manage vendor performance, contractor deliverables, and quality control procedures in alignment with corporate standards and contract terms.
Lead cross-functional project teams, guiding technical specialists across application development, networking, and infrastructure implementation.
Apply Project Management Institute (PMI) principles, standardized methodologies, and governance frameworks to ensure project targets and milestones are met.
Establish cutover strategies, site-by-site deployment sequences, testing protocols, and operational handover packages for steady-state support teams.
Prepare clear status reports, executive briefing decks, cost-benefit analyses, and risk mitigation strategies for senior management.
