Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Project Manager;
⦁Assist in the planning and execution of the ERP system transition project.
⦁Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth data migration and system integration.
⦁Manage accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, collections, and reconciling accounts.
⦁Assist with accounts payable tasks, such as processing invoices and managing vendor payments.
⦁Provide training and support to employees on the new ERP system.
⦁Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
⦁Prepare reports and presentations on project status for senior management.
⦁Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
