Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings both strong delivery skills and genuine US financial markets knowledge.
The strongest candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of US financial markets and banking, rather than being purely a project manager. The candidate must be comfortable operating independently while collaborating with globally distributed business and technology teams.

Strong understanding of U.S. financial markets.
7+ years of experience in banking and/or financial services technology.
Strong experience supporting Product Control and/or Regulatory Banking environments.
Proven Project Management + Business Analysis experience.

Experience with hedge structures and underlying financial instruments is highly valuable, particularly:
Interest rate swaps
Fixed income
Hedging applications/systems
P&L systems
Regulatory systems

Required:

Agile / Scrum
SQL
Excel
Data analysis
Experience with:
Clarity
Microsoft Project
Confluence
Qlik
Cloud reporting tools
AI productivity tools
Summary
This is an opportunity to join a global Finance IT organization where your expertise will sit directly at the intersection of financial markets, regulatory requirements, business analysis, and technology delivery.
You'll have the autonomy to operate as a hands-on project leader while partnering with teams across multiple regions and functions.
If you're a financial services PM/BA who understands what happens behind the numbers—not just how to manage the project plan—this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
