What will you do?
• Contribute to our ongoing growth and sales activity by managing the bid production process to ensure all bids and proposals are polished and make an impact. This includes: technical writing, editing, coordinating, designing and producing bids in accordance with best practices, client expectations and Plan Group’s brand guidelines.
• Work in a high performance team collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior managers to manage and maintain the bid schedule, develop content and source material for submissions
• Proactively monitor bid opportunities through all portals to ensure continued growth of sales pipeline. Maintain up-to-date company registration and ongoing review of key word searches.

Education:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a proposal specialist, writer or coordinator with background in one or more of the following sectors: Mechanical/Electrical Services, Construction, Facility Management
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written). Able to distill complex ideas and concepts in a simple manner and present in multiple ways.
• University degree in Engineering, English, Marketing, or Journalism, along with APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification or equivalent will be an asset.
• Advanced level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural team player able to operate effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment with many stakeholders.
