• Collaborate effectively with a team to operate and tend to high-tech automated equipment.
• Interpret and understand complex machine readouts to monitor production health.
• Adjust machine settings for variance, quality, and specific production thresholds.
• Record accurate and timely production data into the computerized tracking system.
• Conduct thorough pre-shift cell inspections to ensure all machinery is in peak working condition.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality deviations to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards in Manufacturing & Logistics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and process improvements.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in interpreting technical data and digital machine interfaces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume Manufacturing & Logistics environment.
• Basic computer literacy for accurate data entry and production logging.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative "team-player" mentality.
• High level of attention to detail to identify minor variances in product quality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Technician or Machine Operator is preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts or straight nights as required by production needs.
