Free parking onsite • Positive working environment with a friendly team• Optional benefits are available through Randstad from your first payday RESPONSIBILITIES• Leadership of the branch store warehouse (shipping &handling, dispatching, parts handling, delivery management, etc.)• Responsible for coordinating with the Shipping/Receiving department, Handling Clerks, and Drivers• Ensure proper and efficient handling of products and merchandise while complying with company standards• The incumbent plays an important role in helping the store reach its goals in terms of sales and customer service• Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained for all team members• Provide Sales Support when required• Maintain the cleanliness of work area and overall branch.• General warehouse tasks/duties as assigned by the Area ManagerQUALIFICATIONS• Experience in the automotive parts industry and a automotive operating systems considered an asset• High school diploma or GED diploma required; post-secondary is an asset.• Proficient on computer programs such as Microsoft Office and delivery management programs• Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills.• Possess personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish overall organizational success.• Experience delivering a high level of customer service.• Experience in training and motivating staff.• Previous lead hand/supervisory experience considered an assetSUMMARYIf you have the skills/qualifications detailed above, we would love to hear from you.
