Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a on-site team consisting of a supervisor, lead, and three technicians, fostering strong accountability and high performance
- Drive plant-wide quality management programs while leading efforts to maintain ISO 9001:2015 Standards and regulatory body compliance
- Manage customer non-conformance reviews, vendor inquiries, and supplier quality resolutions utilizing structured root-cause analysis
- Oversee incoming testing, dock audits, and database inspection setups within the IQMS platform
- Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits, annual management reviews, and gauge calibration systems to ensure precision
- Collaborate with engineering, operational leads, and executive teams to execute continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on quality management experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving water management or piping systems
- Mandatory working knowledge and formal training in ISO 9001:2015 Standards and Internal Auditing procedures
- Demonstrated supervisory capability with a proactive, assertive management style to effectively guide diverse team dynamics
- Proficiency with advanced quality methods, statistical process control, LEAN manufacturing practices, and fully integrated ERP platforms
- Proven ability to independently map out operational gaps, establish clear policy directions, and hold cross-functional groups accountable
