Responsibilities
• Lead quality assurance efforts on digital service delivery teams
• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automated test suites
• Conduct system, load, performance, and security testing
• Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Define and track quality metrics and reporting tools for service delivery
• Encourage quality-first practices such as BDD/TDD, test coverage, and linting
• Contribute to re-usable testing components, test databases, and AI-assisted QA
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing and maintaining automation test scripts
• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing automation test plans and cases
• At least 2 years of experience with CI/CD tools and scripting in pipelines
• Solid experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins)
• Proven ability to execute performance, load, and security testing
