Responsibilities
• Create and document comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to support the frequent delivery of new features.
• Execute a wide range of system tests, including functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Perform detailed API testing to validate security, performance, data integrity, and standards compliance.
• Conduct mobile and cross-browser compatibility testing to ensure a consistent user experience across all devices.
• Validate data integrity by writing SQL queries to verify that information is correctly processed, updated, and converted.
• Implement and coordinate contributions to automated test suites to enable rapid and frequent software delivery.
• Track defects with accurate documentation and work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in QA engineering with a strong background in both manual and automated testing within Agile environments.
• Proficiency in database testing and writing SQL queries to validate complex data sets and ensure system integrity.
• Demonstrated experience testing APIs and mobile applications, including device compatibility and performance validation.
• Strong technical background in implementing automated test suites and managing defect lifecycles using industry best practices.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to lead quality initiatives and define service metrics.
