Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour.
Schedule: Ability to work 8+ hours per day and weekends as needed in a manufacturing setting.
Attendance: Regular and timely attendance is required.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Production department, you will ensure every unit leaving our facility meets the highest standards:
Critical Quality Checks: Perform rigorous inspections to ensure products meet or exceed specifications for both operation and appearance.
SOP Compliance: Execute all checks and maintain meticulous records strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence.
Documentation & Strategy: Accurately document all inspection results along with any necessary countermeasures.
Hands-On Quality Control: Perform rework, paint touch-ups, and equipment washing to maintain professional standards.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate lift trucks as part of the daily workflow.
Safety Leadership: Maintain a safe and efficient work environment and area at all times
Qualifications
Who You Are
Detail-Oriented: You have a basic knowledge of paint and appearance and an obsession with getting things right.
Problem Solver: You possess strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues on the fly.
Physically Active: You are comfortable standing, walking, squatting, and reaching, with the ability to lift between 20 to 50 lbs in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with Microsoft Office or related software and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable: You can prioritize tasks, follow directions, and navigate all areas of the facility as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of professional experience working in a Quality Assurance role is preferred and the ability to operate a forklift is considered a significant plus.
