This individual will work closely with and support the Quality and Compliance Team as well as Operations. This individual will has a focus on ensuring Warehouse Staff are trained
thoroughly and in a timely manner to meet required deadlines as well as support the processing department with orders.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- For 10-15hours in the week you will train and re-train staff on pack-out validations and best practices for the pharmacy warehouse employees.
- Create, modify and follow SOP guidelines
- Conduct presentations "how to guide" for employees on packaging guidelines
- Maintain SOP documents
Customer Service:
- Responsible for assisting customers by phone, fax, email.
- Receive email requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Responsible for accurately entering orders, received from customers or clients into the internal system.
- Use the internal system to retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, and to make changes on customer purchase orders.
- Follow up on inquiries by checking inhouse system for delivery information.
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure delivery of scheduled shipments.
Packaging Medication:
- 5-10% of the role you will be assisting with the warehouse picking/packing medications. You will need to access the cold room (5 degrees)
Qualifications
Comfortable presenting / instructing colleagues on procedures and SOPs
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
Self-starting and independent.
English proficiency is required
