Responsibilities
- Inspect door systems post-assembly to ensure all units meet strict aesthetic and structural quality standards.
- Identify and document defects such as surface damage or misalignments, rejecting non-conforming products.
- Verify product dimensions against technical blueprints using precision tools like calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Report quality trends and immediate concerns to supervisors to prevent large-scale production errors.
- Coordinate the sorting of defective units for rework and assist in packaging approved items for shipment.
- Maintain a safe, organized inspection station while strictly adhering to all PPE and safety protocols.
- Partner with the production team to achieve daily output targets without compromising quality accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of quality control experience required
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Safety shoes are required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
