Quality Engineering Intern

• Support quality assurance activities on the production floor
• Assist in tracking defects, waste, and quality KPIs
• Perform and support quality testing (in-process and final product)
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
• Help drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure standards are met
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
• Maintain documentation and standard work updates
• Actively engage on the floor to identify quality risks and opportunities
