Location: Clearview Township
Term: 18 month contract opportunity

Responsibilities
As the QA Manager, you are accountable for the maintenance and evolution of the Quality Management System to ensure adherence to Health Canada and U.S. FDA requirements within the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
Quality Oversight: Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and governing body regulations (GMP/GLP).
Systems Management: Oversee global records management and the implementation/maintenance of the eQMS (Trackwise).
Audit Leadership: Host and lead regulatory inspections and customer audits; manage the internal audit program and ensure timely closure of CAPAs.
Issue Resolution: Lead investigations and material review assessments for complaints, deviations, and non-conformances.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to approve change controls, product specifications, and SOPs.
Training & Metrics: Develop QMS training programs and monitor ongoing compliance through KPI analysis and quality trend reporting.
Strategic Support: Assist site teams with engineering protocols, equipment/process validations, and supplier quality management.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience in a Quality role within a Health Canada or U.S. FDA regulated industry (Pharma or Food preferred).
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or higher in a related scientific field.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Health Canada regulations, and EU GMP.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Trackwise and SAP is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements to senior stakeholders.
Certifications: ASQ certification is considered a strong asset.
Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to meet global project deadlines.
