Visually checking products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies before packaging.
Working at a consistent speed to meet production KPI’s.
Identifying and reporting product defects, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Previous manufacturing / production experience is required.
Attention to detail is critical.
Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and math skills.
Must be able to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts.
Good communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Fine motor skills for handling products and packaging materials with precision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation necessary and attendance is crucial.
