Raiser's Edge Strategist

Location: Remote
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Identify strategic needs within Raiser's Edge and propose improvements for organizational goals
- Develop and implement moves management plans using Raiser's Edge/NXT for client fundraising success
- Handle multiple clients, building long-term relationships through expert guidanc
- Communicate strategic details, assign tasks, and track timelines (via Asana

Qualifications
- Deep, proven knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and NXT
- 3+ years in the non-profit sector, ideally with multi-client consulting experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
