What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating a Raymond Reach forklift safely and efficiently.
Manual order picking and material handling across the warehouse.
Performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Shift & Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Great mid-morning start!)
Status: Full-Time, Ongoing (Temporary to Permanent potential)
Location: Oakville, ON
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Raymond Reach certification or proven operating experience.
Experience with manual order picking and warehouse material handling.
Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude.9

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Raymond Reach forklift for material handling.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick orders based on picklists and prepare skids for shipment.
Shipping & Staging: Wrap, label, and stage skids for truck loading.
Inbound & Outbound Support: Communicate with delivery drivers when shipments arrive or leave.
Team Support: Assist with general warehouse tasks and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid external Raymond Reach / Reach Truck license required.
Experience: Proven prior forklift operating experience (order picking & material handling).
Equipment: Must have personal steel-toe safety boots.
Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
