Reach Forklift Operator – Ancaster, ON

Full-Time Afternoons (Weekday)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
or
Part-Time Weekends
Schedule: Saturday only, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12 hours).
Advantages
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday!
Facilities: Clean lunchrooms with free coffee, tea, and vending machines.
Parking: Ample free parking on-site.
Safety: Hearing protection and specialized freezer gear provided.
Responsibilities
Equipment: Operating Raymond Reach and Pacer (stand-up counterbalance) trucks.
Primary Tasks: 60% forklift operation (moving materials, loading, and put-away) and 40% general warehouse duties (cleaning/picking).
Temperature: This is a freezer environment (-14°C to -16°C). We provide freezer jackets, pants, and toques!
Technology: Daily use of RF Scanners.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid Reach Forklift and Pacer certification is required.
Experience: 3–6 months of experience operating a reach truck.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is our #1 priority.
Transportation: No public transit is available; you must have a reliable personal vehicle.
Compliance: Successful candidates must complete GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training.
