Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Reach Truck to receive, move, and stock automotive products in a timely manner.
Order Fulfillment: Receive daily orders and prepare shipments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Inventory Organization: Maintain the warehouse layout by organizing products and ensuring parts are easily accessible for the robotic systems.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health and safety measures, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workspace for the entire team.
Production Pace: Meet tight deadlines and maintain a steady workflow to support the facility's high-volume shipping goals.
Qualifications
Licensing: Must hold a valid, external Reach Truck License (In-house certifications are not accepted for this role).
Experience: At least 1 year of Reach Truck operation experience and a solid understanding of manual or automated order-picking.
Documentation: Possession of an OSSD, GED, or equivalent educational credential.
Vetting: Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal and credit background check
Physical Standards: Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots and the ability to stand/move throughout the duration of the shift.
Skill Set: A sharp aptitude for distinguishing part numbers and figures, coupled with a "go the extra mile" personality.
