Rate: $24.00/hr + Guaranteed Increases
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts)
Shift Time: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Afternoons)

Responsibilities
Operate warehouse equipment safely while utilizing SAP software to log work orders and track inventory in real-time.
Configure, operate, and perform routine wash-downs on automated palletizer systems to keep the machinery running at peak performance.
Direct and transport inventory to specific facility zones, ensuring stirred dairy goods head to cold storage and set-style items reach the hot tunnel.
Conduct proactive inspections of incoming and outgoing skids to prevent equipment damage and maintain high shipping standards.
Maintain flexibility by pitching in at various assembly and manufacturing stations to keep production moving smoothly.
Keep yourself and your team safe by strictly adhering to OHSA, WHMIS, GMP, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of recent experience navigating a fast-paced warehouse or production floor.
Must possess a valid Walkie (End Rider) operator license.
Proven experience using RF scanners for accurate inventory management.
Physical capability to comfortably lift, stack, and move up to 20 kg throughout a 10-hour shift.
Strong communication skills and a practical approach to on-the-job problem-solving.
Solid understanding of safety protocols, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and WHMIS.
Completion of high school (Grade 12 diploma) or an equivalent qualification.
